Snow day at the ranch

The day after Christmas we played in the snow around the house, and then the next day we went to play up at the ranch.

Jaxson got a snowball maker in his stocking that he had a lot of fun with. (Still no competition with Dad though).

We managed to get everyone outfitted in snow gear, but this poor girl was like a giant pink marshmallow. She could hardly walk she had on so many layers.

Turns out-she loved the snow! Even though her hands were freezing because I couldn't get waterproof mittens on her, and her snow boots kept falling off.

These two little girls had it made because they got to sled down and then be pulled back up the hill. The other kids had to pull it back up themselves.

I stayed outside for a little bit, taking pictures and sledding a couple of times, and then came in to make hot chocolate for those who got too cold

So fun to have a place to enjoy the snow, and even better that there is a house to warm up in!
