Soccer

The kids are in soccer again. Jaxson and Kamryn are on the same team. I love this! Hallie is on her own team, the "animals" (can you tell 6 and  7 year old girls made that up? haha).  The kids are having so much fun! Their first games were a few weeks ago and they all did great.

Kamryn is the cutest thing out there, by far the smallest on her team. She doesn't get to the ball that often, but she keeps up pretty good with the pack. And she stays focused-no chasing butterflies (more like prairie dogs) on the field.

 

 

Jaxson is doing so great. I lost count of how many goals he kicked, more than 10 I think. I love to watch him because he is so into it. He is making good friends with one of the other boys on the team, who also happens to go to his school. They are really fun to watch together.

(Wes was referee-ing the game because they were short staffed)

Hallie did great in her first game. She is much more aggressive this year. She scored 2 goals in the 1st quarter of her first game. I think if she can gain more endurance as the season progresses she will really be an asset to her team.

 

I love watching them play!
