Wild Thing 2015

We took the kids to the annual Wild Thing rodeo the weekend after 4th of July, as usual. The kids really look forward to this tradition. Now that we have horses we have outfitted all the kids with their own hats and boots, so they were dressed for a rodeo. Hallie and Jax even tried to find some plaid to wear.

We typically get there at least an hour and a half to two hours early to get our good seats. It makes for a very long wait time for little kids. We bring lots of snacks/treats, and take lots of walks. Kimber loved going to look at all the bulls. We took turns taking her for a walk.

Most years there aren't any riders who can stay on for 8 seconds, but this year there were several. It was probably the best riding we have ever seen. It was getting dark at this point.

The kids favorite part is cowboy poker and the woolly riding. (No pictures of that).
They always put on a fabulous firework show...better than anything you will see on 4th of July. Until next year!
