Turning 30

My birthday was a couple of weeks ago...the big 3-0. Even though Wes was out of town on my actual birthday, it still turned out pretty great thanks to some awesome friends.

(I got flowers, gift certificates, yummy chocolates, and a late night blizzard-it was awesome!)

We celebrated as a family the next day, complete with breakfast in bed, a favorite dinner, and cake.

Turning 30 wasn't too bad....but I feel like its a constant reminder to me now that I'm not a spring chicken anymore.
