- Morgan is talking up a storm. She will try to copy pretty much any word we ask her.
- The other day Morgan and Kimber were eating a snack at the table. I walked in the room and Morgan said "Nana-boo-boo". I tried to get her to do it again because it was so funny, but she wouldn't.
- Wes taught her the answer to 2+2. She says "Fo". We use this to gauge her mood. If she answers she is in a fantastic mood, if not then she's mad/sad/frustrated/tired/hungry/etc.. Most of the time she doesn't answer. We also use this to make her sound like a baby genius..."Morgan, what's 3+1? 4x1?2x2?, etc. She always answers "fo".
- Morgan can say all of her siblings names now: Ha-yee, Jax or Jaxson, Kammin, A-ee, Kimmer.
- Her very favorite movie is Moana. It's the first movie/cartoon she would sit down and watch. She requests to watch it everyday at work. And on the drive to California last month its the only movie she wanted to watch in the car. For her birthday we got her a little figurine set of all the Moana characters, and she loves it.
- Her favorite food is cheese, and is easily bribed with candy/cookies, etc. She prefers to snack all day instead of eating meals. She has cereal every morning and nw requests to have milk in it, much to my chagrin, because it will end up all over her and the counter, stool, floor.
- She is still sleeping in her closet room. Although there have been several times where she gets into bed with Kamryn. It always starts off well, and ends an hour or so later when Kamryn is too tired to keep dealing with a squirming Morgan.
- Morgan's run is so cute, and makes me laugh every time.
- The other day we were waiting in the car for the kids bus and Morgan was sitting in the front seat. She turned the music all the way up, said "party" and started dancing.
- Morgan thinks her dad is the best thing. She wants to go everywhere with him, and doesn't mind when I leave her with him.
- Kamryn and Hallie are her favorite sisters. She does play with Jaxson and Addi sometimes, and Kimber a lot of the time since they are the only two home during the day.
- She is very, very particular about certain things. Which is really frustrating when you don't know what she is saying. When I hold her on my shoulder, she has to move all my hair to behind my shoulder, so she doesn't touch it, and put her blanket in between my shoulder and her, and it has to be the right shoulder, so her right thumb is easily accessible.
- She loves when she has "pocks" aka pockets, and love to have coins to hold.
- Wes always has a box of tic tacs in his suit coat. He doesn't sit with us very often at church, but when he does, he can easily bribe Morgan. When ever Morgan is throwing a fit all he has to do is gently shake the tic tac box so she can hear it, and she instantly stops her fit and sits with her arms folded, waiting for a tic tac. It is so hilarious to me-she does it almost instantaneously. I've never seen anything like it, and I'm sure if I tried to do it, and it wasn't coming from him, it wouldn't work.
- She also tries to manipulate us, giving us big pouty lips. We often let her stay up a few minutes later than the other kids, because she wants to snuggle with Wes on his big chair. She "nuggle" for "snuggle", and I can't deny her when she asks to "nuggle".
- She can say two and three word simple sentences. "Have it, Jax" "nuggle, me you dad""up here, please"
| (her favorite thing to do at Disneyland was to pole dance) |
