Disneyland- last two days

We spent Thursday jumping from park to park, trying to get in all of our favorite rides one last time. We also sent Morgan back to the hotel with Wes's parents at about 6, and stayed until 10pm with all of the other kids. We got so much in in the last few hours, and it was so fun to run from ride to ride. We stayed at a great family friendly hotel, and the kids were in heaven with all of their breakfast choices everyday. The hotel also offers a light dinner every night, but we weren't ever back at the hotel to take advantage of it.

They especially loved the hot chocolate.

I had been dying to try a Monte Cristo sandwich, and even though I ended up having to go to the restaurant by myself, it was well worth it! The beignets and pommes frites were also realllly good. (We ate so much junk on this trip,we came home several pounds heavier!)

On Friday we went to Universal Studios. I think our kids would say that they enjoyed Disneyland more, but they still really loved Harry Potter-land.

The kids were so excited to try butter beer, and to buy their interactive wands. We went to Ollivanders wand shop and Hallie was called up to help. She got to have a wand handpicked for her and was a cool experience. Jaxson and Kamryn also bought wands as souvenirs.

 Trying spells

Trying to get the double stroller up and down the escalators was no joke. I may or may not have dropped Morgan out the bottom of the stroller.

That night Marshall treated us all to dinner. Our waiter brought out this huge thing of cotton candy for the kid to enjoy. They had it downed in nothing flat.

Camie sent this picture of my girls during the trip, it's one of my favorite.
