It's a boy quilt

This is the baby quilt I made in case we had a boy. This was 100% from my stash...I love when I don't have to buy anything to make and finish a quilt! This quilt is larger than most baby quilt I make, but I wanted it to last awhile with a growing baby/toddler (I think it was around 45" by 60"?...I always forget to measure before I give them away). I ended up gifting this to a good friend who just had her baby boy.

I stippled around the blocks and then did a sort of swirly design in the narrow border. I didn't quilt anything in the brown border, because the tension just wasn't working for freemotion quilting on the ivory back.

I took inspiration from this pattern by Cluck, Cluck Sew, but I made up my own measurements.
