A couple of weeks ago we got to go to San Diego with all of Wes's family. We went to Sea World, the Zoo, and the Wildlife Park...it was exhausting! We had so much fun...it went by way too quickly! Warning: picture overload!
We broke up the drive and stayed in Mesa on the way in and out (no pics of that though).
The vacation house was HUGE! This was our room(s).
| I had to use a step stool to get on and off the bed every night |
The other side of our room, through that door was an adjoining room for the kids

Kamryn's bed |
| Jaxson and Hallie's beds. |
Both of the rooms had their own bathroom, which was so nice! I didn't have to wake the kids with my middle of the night bathroom breaks. The rest of the house was equally as huge...6 bedrooms, 7 bathroom, huge family and game rooms...plenty of space for all 18 of us!
San Diego Zoo
| Kamryn stood in front of the cheetah for 5 whole minutes! It just kept pacing right there in front of her. |

Given my current state of hugeness/pregnancy, Wes did everything from carrying the bag, pushing the stroller, and carrying Kamryn (who had a thing against the stroller, who knew?). My job was to waddle around and rest as much as possible.
Sea World
We did Sea World on two different days. The kids loved it! Jaxson was not happy that he was not tall enough for the rides when all the other cousins his age were!

This was the sea lion show, which was really entertaining. Wes and the kids were right up front, and him and Hallie actually got called up to help, but I didn't have my camera ready and missed it!

Hallie claimed to be scared on this ride, which has a steep drop, but she kept wanting to go on it. That is, until they decided she was too short...after they had already passed her multiple times. Oh well.
| We sat in the soak zone at the Shamu show and got soaked...normally I wouldn't have sat there, but the cold water felt so good! The kids were all gung ho about sitting there, until they got splashed! |
Kamryn was my buddy for a lot of things...Wes would take the older two, and we would hang out.
| Touching starfish |
Feeding the dolphins...she screamed bloody murder! Jax didn't like it either, but Hallie did. |
This is how they rode for a lot of the week...who needs a triple stroller?
They were so exhausted by the end of every day, they fell asleep as soon as we got in the car. We drove by the temple one night, but only we were awake to enjoy it! |
The house had all of these huge stuffed animals...Hallie loved it and spent a lot of time make-believing with the animals. |

We went swimming every day after we got back from the zoo/park/Sea World. The pool was heated and all the cousins had so much fun playing together. This $3 floatie was a great purchase, Kamryn loved it! |
On the way into Sea World...my only picture of my pregnancy so far!
The week went by way too fast, but it really was a great time. There were of course, sicknesses, and lots of meltdowns, but overall the kids did great with so much walking and no naps. We all had fun being together...someday we will do it all again!

What a great house for your fun vacation! Is it available to rent?
What an awesome fun vacation! That house is amazing! When I lived in San Diego for a summer I had a season pass to sea world and it was awesome. I would have been waddling around too. I think we're due like at the exact same time.
you look great mikelle!
